Pranajeewa 2013 is the Annual Blood Donation Campaign organized by the 1st year students of the Faculty of Science, University of Colombo in collaboration with the Blood Transfusion Unit of the National Cancer Hospital of Maharagama. We’re giving you an opportunity to make a difference in someone else’s life. So spread the word among your friends and family and be there on the 25th of November.

A few things you might want to keep in mind –
• Drink plenty of (non-alcoholic) fluids on that day
• Eat a lot of Iron-rich food like fish, red meat, beans and spinach
• Wear clothing with short sleeves or sleeves that can be easily rolled above your elbow.
