We enter this world,
shrouded in mystery,
bound by questions,
endless possibilities.

Yet life unveils truth,
one moment at a time,
as it winds its way.
Sickness arrives,
like the changing seasons.

We grow older,
while youth slips away.
Wisdom takes its place,
reminding us:
time is gold.

Though darkness will come,
it casts light on gloom.
Sadness touches us all
a shadow that visits everyone.

Death waits,
lurking around life’s final corner.
So let us live each moment,
whether in joy or strife,
and fill every breath
with the fullness of life
so there will be no regret.
