Sometimes what is right is wrong
there are bright lights that make you blind
sometimes what seems like water
turns out to be a mirage.
What seems like the clearest Adam’s ale
can poison you with a taste
What you see, is it what is right?
All I know is that I don’t know.
Silence whispers words sometimes
in a clamor can be hidden rhymes
So what you hear, is it what’s right?
All I know is, that I don’t know.
For a child what’s right is what the mother says
for a follower what’s right is what the leader says
for a disciple What is right is what the guru says
but is that the whole truth that lays, or just a bunch of words that we praised?
All I know is that I don’t know.
Nectar’s sweetness can make you ill
the divine amurth can bring you death
like the beauty of rani Padmini
brought ten thousand men to death.
What if you lost all your fame and wealth
Would you still be the one you are?
What if you lost your glory and health?
Would you still be the one you are?
What if you lost your whole memory
and everybody who knows you?
Would you still be the one you are?
Will I ever know
what is the truth and what is falsity?
What is love or what is hatred?
What is the question and what is the answer?
All I know is that I don’t know.
