This is just a mere illusion

We are the dreamers

Fighting this yearlong battle

A lionized pandemic

We meet in this mirage

With the hope of compromising

For the lost gaiety of laughter

To fill up our memory glasses

Frozen in those joyful days

Surrounded by family, friends

At the peak of ecstasy

We meet again

Relive the outdated memoirs

Live life as we used to be

With ALL our loved ones

I wish

I wasn’t dreaming

Yet,

Everything disappeared into thin air

Like a last night’s dream

I’m back in 2021
