Waves hitting the rocks,
Splashing bits of sorrow all about
Smell of salt,
Flavouring scenes, long forgotten..
The gentle breeze,
Forcing surrender with its soothing touch..
Sand washed away,
Letting the guarded sighs out..
Final glance at the mighty blue,
Witness to all the turmoil inside,
Giving strength to fake the over bright smile,
Concluding with the epiphany that,
This is “life”…
